Heritage Cottage

Perfect for the historians who love the nostalgia of an original, thick-walled building!

Our very quaint, renovated cottage from the turn of the last century, has all the mod cons and is clean and comfortable. Very popular with the Oupas and Oumas! Don’t be put off by the steep steps in the front, the parking area is almost flush with the patio.

It is situated beneath the gum trees and close to the dams, private and picturesque.

Heritage Cottage is a renovated, old, staff cottage. It has crooked floors and very thick stone walls. The kitchen has a fireplace/braai, which draws well and is very welcome during the cold winter months. The thick walls and non-opening windows keep the flies and heat out in the hot summer days. It is furnished with sturdy furniture, cosy rugs and some pretty artwork.

Perfect for those wanting to sit and watch the sun go down, night after night. The attic can accommodate small adults or kids older than 8yrs with floor mattress beds, if booked in advance.
